Private Tennis Court

An all weather Tennis Court is available FREE to all who stay here. The court can be enjoyed from April to October as the area boasts mild weather in spring and autumn.

Note: smooth soled tennis shoes should be worn, not squash shoes;
please bring your own racquets and tennis balls.

Pets Welcome In Some Properties

Dogs are welcome in some properties at Rosecraddoc Manor with prior agreement with us. They are charged at £30 per dog, per week. For properties that are pet friendly; we do ask that pets are kept off the beds and soft furnishings. Dogs are not to be left on their own within the properties unless in a cage. Please clean up any dog waste and dispose of appropriately. You will find a red bin specifically for this on the outside of the rubbish shed (located off the main courtyard ) Pets are welcome around site and the lake but please do keep them on the lead at all times.

Rosecraddoc woods which forms part of our estate at Rosecraddoc Manor are an ideal location to take dogs for a walk and to let them off the lead. (Turn right out of the main gates and the walk up the road where you will find the entrance to the woods on the right)

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Village Inn in our upstairs area, subject to availability.

During your stay at Rosecraddoc, you will be able to access Superfast WIFI through your device such your phone, iPad or laptop. In your property, you will find there is a detailed leaflet by our providers Camping Connect giving you with all the relevant information on how to connect from various devices and troubleshooting. However this facility cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times due to the unpredictability of Service Providers

Walk the Manor grounds

Rosecraddoc Manor is surrounded by 38 acres of natural gardens and bluebell woods, there are many footpaths and places to explore. The lake itself is fed by a fresh water stream and waterfall.
